Poll -Do u any tips for putting in contact lenses on my second set of attempts?
on wednesday i went to the optition to get taught how to put them in and look after the, i had some attempts but couldnt get them in,the guy told me to book another session, ive been doing research about them but id like some final help and tips(if i cannot get them in tomorow then i have 1 session left to get them in or i wont be able to get them.
Hold your eye as open as you can. Sit at a table, with a mirror. DO NOT let yourself close your eye. Im sure thats where your problem lies. Make sure you have plenty of solution on the lens. You dont have to touch your eye, just get the contact close enough, and it will attach to your eye, sorta.
I always found it harder to take them out, then put them in.

if ur looking in a mirror dont focus on the mirror cuz then it falls out look straight ahead and put it in and then keepp ur eye open and roll ur eye tht shuld pop it in then close it slowly and touch it to pop air bubbles

Just keep practicing. Wash your hands then try holding your eyelids open with two finger from one hand, look up and then lightly touch the bottom of your eye with your finger from your free hand. It’s a little weird touching your eyeball at first but you get used to it.

lols i didn’t put on my right contact lens very well this morning.but anyways, you just have to practice at home i guess. practice touching your eye (not really) but like pretend. i know it feels weird to touch your eye.the first time i tried to put in contacts iwas afraid of poking my eyes out or something. haha. there really is no main key to putting in contact lens except time? well for me.
this is how i put on my daily lenses:
if it’s my right eye, i use my right hand’s index and middle finger to open up my eye and i use the opposite hand’s index finger to put in the contact lens then i do the same to left.
i take my contact lenses out by :
sliding them down and try to get a little part off my eye and then pinch that part out.
