I need tips with putting on liquid eyeliner?
Im okay with putting on pencil eyeliner. 
But, but Im really bad at putting on the liquid kind. I do good for a little bit, But I have long eye lashes on the bottom, and It always gets in the way. So then it gets on the lashes, and drips onto the skin under my eye.
So, I could really use some good tips. Thanks! (:

I always use liquid on top and pencil on the bottom.
But since your putting the liquid on the bottom, try to put it on the rim of your eye, if you know what I mean.

lol you put liquid eyeliner on your bottom lashline?
you should only do it on the top, that’s sort of what liquid eyeliner is made for…<3

the pencil or mecanical eyeliner goes on the bottom…dont put liquid liner on the bottom only on top:)

I always use liquid on top and pencil on the bottom.

i dont use liquid eyeliner, but my sister does and she tought herself from this video.. so it might help
