I’m 18 I’ve never had to do it before but I recently got coloured contact lenses, and this is my first time trying to put them in. However they just don’t seem to be going in! I’ve wormed past the flinching stage (kind of) and I think I’m holding the lids apart right, but the contact lenses seems almost too big for my eye, I press it against my eye but it doesn’t stick or turns inside out on my finger! And after any lenghty time of trying this my eyes get sore! Any tips?

make sure your hands are dry when put them in but the contact is wet. and make sure if your right handed you hold your eye open with your index finger and thumb of your left or the other way around. it was hard when i first got mine but now i can get mine in easily (with a mirror).
